뉴 서피스 프로 스펙 비교정리

작년 미국 출장에서, 우연히 동료의 서피스 프로4를 사용한 적이 있었다. 그리고 감탄사 연발. 노트북에 대한 필요성은 전혀 느끼지 못했던 나에게 신세계를 보여준 서피스 프로는 나에게 뽐뿌를 주었다. 그렇게 나는 터치스크린 노트북의 매력에 빠지게 되었고, 6개월의 기다림 끝에 드디어 새로운 모델이 출시되었다. 새롭게 시작한다는 의미일까? 기존 넘버링과 달리 뉴 서피스 프로(New Surface Pro)라는 이름으로 출시된 노트북의 스펙 변화를 구매 전에 한번 살펴보고자 한다. 출처는 ANANDTECH이며, 잘 정리된 표를 모아본 자료이다.

RAM, 저장공간, 디스플레이, 네트워킹 성능은 서피스 프로4와 동일한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 

내가 가장 주목하는 부분은 바로 배터리 성능이다. 서피스 프로4는 실제 사용시 3~4시간밖에 사용하지 못한다고 한다. 하지만 새로운 서피스 프로는 최대 13.5시간을 사용할 수 있다고 하니, 대충 7~8시간 정도는 실제 사용이 가능하지 않을까싶다.

서피스 프로4는 core m3에만 팬 리스가 적용되었었는데, 신형 서피스 프로에서는 Core i5 모델에도 팬 리스가 적용된다고 한다. 

뉴 서피스 프로는 서피스 펜이 포함되지 않는 대신, 많은 개선이 이루어졌다고 하니 후기가 정말 기대된다. 

연말에는 4G LTE 모델이 출시된다고 하는데, core i7은 LTE 모델이 출시되지 않을거라는 예상이 많다. 

뉴 서피스 프로의 국내 출시일은 6월 15일 예정이라고 한다. 이 표가 많은 분들이 도움이 되었으면 한다.
